Let me start off by saying, Gail is the best real estate agent there is! She is dependable, trustworthy, and diligent! I signed on with Gail way back in May 2011. She worked very hard trying to locate homes with my specific criteria and price range. The market was challenging and for 6 months of looking and writing contracts, our contracts kept getting out bid as we were focusing on short sales at the time. Gail continued to check for me every single day sometimes twice day, but the market was so very competitive and thus disappointing. One day, Gail stepped out of the box and suggested a new build subdivision that was within my price range and home specifications. We went to the subdivision, looked at the model I was interested in and I knew this house was the one. Gail had nailed it! I am now a brand new home owner and just moved into my home a few weeks ago. I love my brand new home! I can't tell you enough about the extra lengths Gail went to make sure my interests were taken care of. She accompanied me twice to my home while it was under construction and spent and entire day with me for the push walk through and title closing. She was a voice for me to address some of the construction concerns I had and called on my behalf several times to the builder. She has stuck by my side through thick and thin for now almost a whole year. I am so grateful I had her as my agent to support me.
