My service with Betty is always courteous, professional and prompt. She always returned calls in a timely manner, and was very persistant in following up with other agents.She's very dedicated to her clients and she makes you feel like family. I felt comfortable with her and my process took sometime I felt I was with the right person.

Betty and her partner Clyde were ALWAYS on the ball; prompt, professional, positive, and a real joy to work with! If it had not been for Betty and Clyde, I don't think my home purchase would have happened due to some funding glitches during escrow that they were able to refer elsewhere at a crucial last moment to rescue the deal (Richard and Evelyn at Broadview Mortgage). If or when I decide to sell this home, I will certainly be calling on Betty and Clyde!

I felt very comfortable with Betty the first time I met her. She is very warm and I felt as if she was "sent" to me. The very first home she showed me, I liked, and I put in an offer. She and her husband, Clyde McClatchey are very professional and gave a wealth of information. They met with me and gave me information and insight about purchasing a home, informartion that I had not been given, even though, I had been working with several other relators. I was very pleased and would highly recommend her to others.
