We were planning to move from PA to CA and connected with Norma to view houses on a trip west. She freed up her schedule for the 2 days we would be there and showed us 14 houses. We went 2 more trips with the same commitment from her to find the perfect house and finally found one on trip #3, 1 & 1/2 years later. That property was a short sale and required extra time, patience, and lots of paperwork. Norma kept us informed every step of the way.
