I was an NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer). I assisted in resolving issues with soldiers who were on probation and were up for dishonorable discharge. I was able to assist many soldiers who remained in the military with honors. Serving as a Military Police Officer, when I was able to negotiate with criminals who were highly charged, I was able to resolve the intense situations. I was selected to be on the SRT (Special Reaction Team) an elite military special force, similar to civilian S.W.A.T.
My residential construction and military background prepared me to be an exceptional Real Estate Consultant. My home building experience has made me aware of the structure of a home and if there are structural issues that arise after an inspection, I am able to consult with my clients and assist them on what would be in their best interests. My military background has made me a strong negotiator and I represent well my clients' interests from beginning to end of any home sale or purchase.
