Georgianne was wonderful! She treated us like we were her only client. She got excited about the homes with us and was very honest when she didn't think the area was right for our needs. She helped us find the best home for us with the features we wanted. She went to bat for us to get repairs done and get us the best possible deal on a home. Now that we've found a home, I actually miss my daily conversations with her. We would definitely use Georgianne again and highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Words can not describe how I feel about Georgianne! She is a true Go-Getter! She will not stop until you and your family are in your new home!! This market sucks for buyers at the moment, I found myself wanting to give up and just rent! Thanks to Georgianne not giving up on me that my family and I are settling in our new home at this moment! Her dedication is Phenomenal! Her knowledge and dedication can't be matched! I would recommend Georgianne for your next house hunting endeavors!

Georgianne is amazing. My husband and I have 3 kiddos under 5 years old and she was so patient and wonderful with all of them considering all the potty breaks, snack breaks, and general corralling we had to do. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone whether it is a large family looking for someone who is patient and understanding of what a large family needs or an individual looking for a home in the Sacramento region.

Although a bit hesitant at first, she quickly adapted to my negotiating requirements. She is very professional, dedicated, caring and communicative it was a very pleasant experience. There was an intance where I asked her to see a property a bit late and she actually dropped what she was doing to assist us, we were very appreciative of that.
We can guarantee you will get the best service from Georgianne, we highly recommend her to freinds.

After searching for homes online for months, and looking at numerous profiles of agents, I chanced upon Georgianne's listings and information. She has been so friendly, helpful, informational and professional that I feel she is an answer to my prayers! I am confident she will help me and family to find - and buy - the home we want.

I found Georgianne on this website and it began last year.
I think there is no other person like Georgianne in real state property business. I am grateful to her for her exceptional assistance in buying my first home.
Without her dedication to buying this home, I would have quit already because of the lenghthy process and my nervousness.
She was constantly contacting, assuring and updating me on any changes or good news.
Her local knowledge in real state property is unbelievable.
I would highly recommend Georgianne to anyone who are selling or buying. I would work with her again if I could but you could only be a first time buyer once in your lifetime.
For now, I just go around and tell my friends about her.
She even went so far to get me a good house cleaning team after I got the home.
I would give her 6 stars.
