Ray, besides being a nice guy, is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with .He always answered the phone when I called and he found a great house for us and in a good location within my specifications. Ray also got us a fantastic deal on the closing costs. Not only did Ray find us a great house but he help me find people that would paint and carpet the house and at a reasonable cost. As an investor, if I purchase any other properties in the Temecula or the surrounding areas I would not consider any else except Ray Brasga. If I were going to grade Ray on his ability and knowledge as real estate agent it would be an A++
