Bernadette Bokerman is a fantastic realestate agent. She was great to work with and she made our whole home buying experiance great. Bernadette takes her time with you she is very professional and really pays attention to the little details that are important to you. Not to mention she does great with keeping in touch and keeping you up to date on any new information. She is so sweet and really looks out for your best intrest. My daughter who is now almost 17 says " she can't wait to buy a home and hopefully get to work with her". I would recomend Bernadette to any home buyer who needs a great realestate agent who will take their time to work with you try their very best and look out for your best intrest. Bernadette is amazing! She found us our dream home! Several years ago we were ready to start our planning our 3 year out move to the Phoenix surrounding area. I reached out to many realtors in the Phoenix market only finding ourselves in the same situation “call us when you are really ready to buy". It was so frustrating! While I respect ones time in their occupation, I didn't know where to start planning our big move from one state to another, which included us having to sell our business too. Well that all changed quickly when I received immediately a returned message from Bernadette Bokerman! I explained that we were very serious and certain that we would be moving to the Phoenix market in a few years and that we wanted to start our research now. Bernadette took the time to explain to us that she would be happy to work with Steve and I, although it be a few years out, so long as we paid a minimal retainers fee that would be fully applied to the purchase of our house when that time came. I was thrilled with our initial conversation and immediately booked flights for Steve and I. We rented a house in a neighborhood we felt would be our first choice, but were open for Bernadette’s guidance on our visit. She was well prepared and organized for our visit, lined up houses in our price range that also met our "wish" list. At the end of our 9 day trip Steve and I were very sure what neighborhood we wanted to live in, and more so that Bernadette was our choice to represnt us. Now it was just the over two year waiting list. In those waiting days Bernadette sent us weekly updates with houses for sale in the neighborhood we selected, sent us articles updating us on the economy, and was always available with any questions we had. Ultimately, Bernadette far exceeded our expectations and found us our dream home on the lake. We were in a tough situation, in that we could not close for 90 days due to the business I owned. Bernadette thoroughly explained to the listing agent "our story" and how we have waited patiently to be able to move, how we have done our homework, and that we were certain that this was the home we must have! The sellers had the opportunity to sell to other buyers as several offers were made, but due to Bernadette explaining "our story" and why they should select us...we are now the new owners over our dream house! Bernadette is amazing!!! Steve and I will forever be grateful for what she has done for us! She found us our dream of our home!

Being a first time home buyer I think she had expectations that we did not know or understand the process of purchasing real estate. However, being that I work at a title company and process short sales for a living I understand the process fairly well. I felt that at times she could have been a bit more aggressive with the negotiations of our contract.
