And we are in love with our new home. She also kept in contact with us frequently to let us know how things were going in terms of the completion of the house, any questions or concerns that might pop up, and kept in contact with our HOA (since we were so far away that we couldn't check on things ourselves). In addition to all of that, she also came to our rescue in helping us find corporate housing until our home was finished being built after we found out that it wouldn't be completed by the time we had to be in Colorado. Not just any Realtor will do what she did for us and, to this day, she still keeps in contact with us to make sure everything is going smoothly for us. We are happy to call her not only our agent, but also our friend. We could not have even dreamed of finding another agent who would go so thoroughly out of her way to make sure we were taken care of at all times, even if it was not necessarily the most convenient for her. She made sure we were not only satisfied, but also secure in our decision and we knew we always had someone to turn to if we had questions.
