Rande is an incredible resource to a seller. From her advice on the timing and pricing of the listing to her drafting and placement of the marketing materials to her handling the negotiations on multiple offers, she was spot on. Rande is intelligent, gracious, dedicated and tenacious. She not only puts the client and the deal first, she adds value in every way. I sold my house within a week of listing, with multiple offers and we cancelled the scheduled open house.
