I made serveral attempts to contact agents servicing the area where I wanted to purchase my 1st home. Ms. Demmings answered my call 1st. Ms. Demmings timely reaponse was attractive. She also was one step ahead with information on the type of home I required. Once I located the home I knew was for me, the transaction was in motion before I could conclude the phone conversation. Ms. Demmings professional and tenacious approach help me feel at ease during the transaction. Her personality is great as well. Good job and I am enjoying my new home.... Thanks.

Niradia is very Professional and represents her company very well. I appreciate working with her. From our first visit up until closing she has went beyond my expectations. My questions were answered and there was never a doubt of confusion. If there was a problem it was taken care of without a doubt. I am very blessed in meeting her. I have been looking with other agents over a year. The first time I met Niradia she stated "Its not the market we are in that prevent buyers from getting an acceptance, its the agents knowledge and strength in their offer." Job well done.

Niradia was very helpful in finding a home. She went above and beyond my wife and i's expectations. After going through people who ignored phone calls and were not very motivated, we found Niradia and she helped us through every moment. She didn't even hesitate when she found out we were 21 and 22 years of age.
When lender and escrow officer were not being cooperative Niradia was there trying to help us out with them also. She is someone we will recommend. To everyone who is wanting to buy a home.

I would like to add that Niradia is very professional, she was with me every step of the way. Whenever there seemed to be an issue Niradia was there to help me work through the situation. I had to change Realtors because of a lack of experience and chose Niradia she went right to work. In a matter 4 days we were looking at homes and putting in offers until I came across my dream home. We gave four stars out of five because over all we were satisfied
however, there are somethings we were not happy with.We think you could have done a better job previewing the properties prior to showing them to us. Also, we think you could have done a better job keeping in contact with us towards the end of the process, we felt like once the offer was accepted you left us alone to deal with everything.

Thanks for your honesty! :) We here at Zip believe in allowing the buyer an opportunity of free choice. Unfortunately, I cant preview every property before viewing with a buyer. There are absolutely too many properties on the market to preview everyone before showing each buyer. I work hard as an agent to meet the criteria in which my buyers expect. In your case most of the issues in which arose were credit related. Those were Lender required conditions in order for the BUYER to resolve and most lenders would have not opened nor closed this transaction. As a Realtor I am working behind the scene day in and day out trying to get you into your dream home. I believe I worked to the full extent in this transaction in which I could have. However, I definitely appreciate your honesty and wish you success with your new home. Have a blessed day! :)

I was very impressed with Niradia she made me feel as if we have knew each other for years, I was looking to buy a second home for 6-9 months and had no luck with to different realtor compay and they never called back on time to put in offers, The 1st time I called Niradia she put a offer for me on a house I wanted, we didn't have luck with that! second offer is now my home, just wanted to thank her for her hard work and always returning my calls and keeping me posted regarding the house..I was so blessed to meet her ...and would recommend her to family and friends ...just want ZipRealty to no that you have a great representative on your team ...Thank you Susan & Javier Mendoza
