We rate Helen's service as five star. She is a stellar person. She was always available, and if not able to answer a phone call immediately, she would call ASAP. Helen is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and has a sense of urgency. She never kept us waiting needlessly and was prompt and efficient in every situation. Helen is an ideal real estate agent, in our opinion and one that deserves praise and thanks for her hard work!

Helen was great. She hung in with us for over a year as we searched to find the perfect home. We purchased a home that was to be built and I felt good that she was reading over the paperwork also so that we didn't miss anything. Only my husband and Helen were able to do the walk-through of the home when it was completed and she saw the little details that needed tending to that my husband would have missed. (A female eye). At every phase of the building she offered to be there and we often took her up on her offer. I would strongly recommend Helen for any buyer or seller.

Working with Helen was a great experience. This whole move from S.D. has been very difficult in terms of weather as well as being emotional (leaving family and friends). I've called her countless times and she was more than helpful trying to get the business ends done right. Not once did she change her demeanor no matter how distraught I might have been. The only problems I had was with the unprofessionalism of the roofer, who I feel ripped-off the sellers and myself. Now I have to pay a roofer (who will be here tomorrow morning and probably be another $1,000 or so), to get the job done right. I think maybe your company should automatically offer a warranty on the homes you represent. Since moving in two weeks ago, the second day my kitchen sink overflowed ($116), the irrigation system wouldn't shut off and continually ran 24 hours a day ($132). Last but not least four days ago the dishwasher flooded the kitchen (needs to be replaced). None of these problems I blame on Helen, things happen. I would strongly recommend you banish that roofer from ever doing repair work for your company, ever!
Getting back to Helen, I would recommend her to anyone. She promptly returned my calls with the proper information as requested. I moved to Tucson for the quite (it's deathly quite) and I love it. Can't wait for summer to end so I can get out and enjoy the beautiful sights this state has to offer.

Agent never worked on our behalf nor explained the to us the ramafications of the documents and addemdums she had us sign. We worked backwards in the documents she presented to us to sign or we felt threatened that if we did not sign the documents we would lose the property we were seeking to purchase. The closing date was one example, as I all along knew the closing was to be on the 14th and she insisted for what ever reason we close on the 10th and it became an argument to the point where she refused to speak to me and thought she could get around me by speaking to my wife. In the end I wound up with missing or damaged items in the home that were in perfect condition when we did the self inspection prior to the final walk thru that I can not explain how it happened nor care to speculate.

Thank you for the feedback. After representing you as your Realtor in the purchase of 3 homes over the last few years, I'm sorry that we could not continue an honest and ethical relationship.
