I have also had to contact Greg to find out who manages the property HOA specific, what utility companies may be the providers, and what permits have already been pulled on my tentative properties. He has supplied me with all the information in less than a 24 hour turnaround. I can research what may not be in the listing descriptions before I waste time viewing properties that may be less than what they show.
He has gone back into the listing descriptions for me and confirmed with the listing agents when the public records don't match the listing information, especially bedrooms or lot size.
He puts himself in the buyer's seat and makes sure you know up front what the house may have "hidden in undisclosed problems before venturing out to see it".
Couldn't ask for a better set of eyes looking out for what is and will be a very large financial investment/purchase.
