My wife and I were in the market for a house, going on 6 years, and we just couldn't find what we were looking for. Then 3 months ago, we had our first son. We were still living in a one bedroom apartment and as you can imagine, over night, we needed a house ASAP. We contacted Greg and started getting really serious about what we needed and what we "wanted" in a house. Greg helped "tune" us in to what we were looking for and provided us great feedback on what he thought would fit us and our lifestyle. After viewing a crazy amount of houses, Greg also became to be known as "Uncle Greg" (a running joke due to our son). Then one day Greg found a house that "on paper", I really didn't think I would like. Greg thought it would be a good fit and assured my wife and I that we might like it. Sure enough, after viewing the house, my wife and I fell in love with it. Greg really got to know us on a personal level, I would say more like a friend, and fit the house with our tastes. I really applaud him for his hard work, as I thought we would never find a house. But he stuck to it and we are now happily (and of course busy re-decorating) our beautiful house. I can say, that without a doubt, I would refer him to my family and friends without hesitation.
