We had many challenges. Being aliens, we could spend just a couple of days looking for properties, our budget was small, we were eyeing Boston. Elizabeth surprised us by showing many properties - all within our budget - in just two days. She was also with us every inch of the way guiding us through the unknown (to us) territory. We now have a good condo and a good agent should we be fortunate enough to buy another.
