I first met Valerie in 2006 when I was looking to buy a house. Valerie listened to my needs and spent countless trips until we found I house I was happy with. She found and showed great properties for me, but I was the fussy shopper. Valerie kept looking and finding quality homes and showed great professional attitude and always was very pleasant. Since then Valerie has sold proerty for me and is currently starting a new search for me. If at any time I need to move real estate Valerie will be my first choice in realtors. She is without doubt the best I have ever worked with.

Valerie, did an excellent job for us as buyers. There was no pressure to make an offer and she represented us fully. She was a blessing to work with and always had our best interests at heart. I am an architect who was moving from Florida to Colorado. I went on line, and after much searching, found 3 homes that I was interested in. I sent emails to each of the 3 listing agents. Valerie responded right away and I never heard back from the other two, even after I sent follow up emails. I explained to Valerie that I would be in Colorado for 2 weeks and wanted to see approximately 60-70 homes that I had researched from Florida. Valerie was very patient with me and did nothing to pressure me into a quick decision. I bought a home near the end of my 2 week stay. After 8 months, I found another home to buy and gave Valerie the listing to sell the house. She got it sold in 2 weeks at very close to my asking price. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Valerie whether you are buying or selling.

Valerie was very good to me. She always returned my calls and emails. We must of looked at about 20 houses and she was always asking what would be better. She found my better house and was really good at finding prices in the area so we could offer a bid based on the area we where looking. I was very happy with the way I was treated and really think she was looking out for my best interest.

Valerie was a joy to work with. Very professional and informative. We found a home in the huge Denver metro market in 3 days and were able to get inspections completed the day after the deal was negotiated. That never would have happened without Valerie's knowledge and expertise. Since we were only in town for a week, that was important to us. Thanks Valerie, You are awesome!
