I was the seller from hell. I contacted Chris about a year before the sale and he helped me decide on the work the condo needed before the sale and remained in contact with me until the unit was ready for sale. I was given an estimate on what the selling price should be but the interest in the unit was so great that a small bidding war started ensuring that I received the best sell price in the current market. The unit sold within days of being put on the market, however the first buyer didn't qualify so a second trip to the market resulted in another buyer within a couple of weeks. I feared I might have the house on the market for months but the fast sale helped reduce the pressure of the relocation. Chris is not a high pressure sales person but covers all the bases and is a pleasure to work with.
I didn't check Negotiating skills below because the nature of the sale didn't allow Chris to Negotiate so I couldn't judge this ability.

I would not recommend this agent at all. First, he's a part-time agent so the level of dedication home buyers are looking for is not there. Second, he's not trustworthy, dependable or responsive. Lastly, his knowledge in real estate or lack there of is extremely limited (his agent # is new - within the past few years).
There are so many other realtors out there that are respectable, it would be a significant financial risk for you to this one.

Chris is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a uniquely complex list of criteria for our first home, yet he had the patience to show as many homes as it took until we were satisfied. On several occasions, he pulled through, and showed us homes with less than a 30-minute notice. For Chris's willingness to show us homes even during our lunch break, he deserves a 6th star. To finish off, here are a few things that make him stand out above others:
-Very personable and offers great service.
-He makes it a point to arrive early and check out the place beforehand.
-He is an expert and he works with experts, so his suggestions of people are quite good (e.g. inspector and loan agent are also amazing).
-Chris follows your requests and stand up for you when the other party is not so compliant.
-Most importantly, the deal closed...timely and effectively.

Chris was in touch with me daily, making sure that all of our paperwork was done immediately to expedite my purchase, as well as keeping me updated on the status of the mortgage and escrow. He was my constant advocate and always made sure I was happy, regardless of what phase of the purchase I was in. He found just the house I needed within my budget, and he referred me to contractors to make it my own. I could not be happier with his service.
