Proactive and professional! It was as if Tina knew what we were looking for before we did. Not only did she have an extensive knowledge of the area in general, but she also had an extensive knowledge of the local school systems, which was critical to our search. Tina was always several steps ahead of us and her proactive nature made the home buying process seem effortless! She clearly has built excellent relationships with other real estate professionals and attorneys in the area as well – which also aided in an uncomplicated closing. Tina not only understood our needs/wants, but she also factored in the needs of our growing family to help us the find the perfect home! Tina was great in helping us find the right home. She could see things in a house that we might have missed, always on client's side and never pushy ( I think this is a very important point about a Realtor not to push the client).
