Tried selling this house last year with another agent and got nowhere. Kerry brought an offer on the first day! Her input and honesty made all the difference in getting this house sold.
Working overseas and trying to purchase a home is very hard, nevertheless Kerry was extremely patient and compassionate towards my needs. I sincerly apprecaite and enjoy her enthusiasm in taking care of her clients. She spent several exhausting hours working with me the sale did not go through no fault to Kerry. She did everything possible to assist me, I on the other hand was not willing to waver on the price. Kerry will always be my realator of Choice. Thanks so very much.

Home buyer in Conyers
When my wife and I first started looking at the available properties we did so without an agent. We spent hours driving around and peeping through windows. It was winter 2011 and bitter cold. When we found a home we were ready to purchase we started looking for a agent. We sourced several from the yard signs and those that popped up on listings. When we said we were buyers looking to close quickley we were amazed at how few realators answered the call with any enthusiasm or urgency. I then started to look at the profiles of the realators. I looked at Kerry's profile and made the call. I left a message and within 5 minutes the phone rang. Kerry was smiling over the phone. Not because of a sure sale. I am a great salesperson and I know cheesy people when there fangs come out. She was smiling with joy and integrity that comes from gifted people doing what they do best. We told her we found a house we wanted to purchase. She met us at the home the following day. It was bitter cold but she showed so well the cold was soon forgotten; she did not run from the negative areas of concern. We called our lawyer to advise we were going to make a offer. The lawyer informed us of a problem and told us to wait a few days it should be quickly resolved. The delay turned into 2 months. I was very upset as I do not like my integrity at stake. I un dressed the lawyer several times. Kerry never waivered nor did she insult us with questioning our ability to pay. Finally the lawyer called and said she had transferred the funds. We called Kerry only to find that the house was under contract with a solid back up plan. Kerry smiled and said she would find us a better home in features, location and value in relation to price. Kerry met us all over town at various places. Finally she politely said, 'My Turn'. She took us into the far corner of Conyers the community we wanted to purchase in. We drove into the driveway and my wife jumped out of the moving car saying,"God said this is our house" The land, community, layout, construction repairs, style, size, price, was perfect. As we walked the property deer and rabitts ran back and forth like children playing. A mature fig tree and magnolia stood poised in the front yard among the pines. There was a special peace that radiated from the house and property. Kerry brought us to the perfect place. We closed in 21 days and have been laughing and playing like 10 year olds ever since. I would just like to say to the others in process of purchasing a home. Ha Ha! we got Kerry first.
