My husband and I have bought and sold 8 houses in our 30 years together.
We've never had a realtor as detail-oriented and proactive as Stephen Sekora. I found him on the internet but chose him after a phone conversation where he showed himself to be amazingly knowledgeable
and eager to show us any house that met our requirements.
Our home purchase was complicated and Stephen never lost sight that we were his clients and put all his considerable negotiating skills to work in our favor. Secondly, he is extremely well-spoken, and I appreciated that he always kept me abreast of every detail of our transaction.

Stephen was amazing to work with. His enthusiasm to get us into the perfect house matched our own. He went above and beyond what we expected. He thinks of every detail, many of which we never considered. We almost thought he was too good to be true, but he certainly proved he is that good. He was diligent in keeping us informed the minute any news came in. And in a few instances where we would have compromised, he didn't let us, and he made sure we got everything we wanted. He worked really well with the other players involved. And he's incredibly personable. We felt like we'd known him for years. Extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend Stephen. We've had friends and family ask how we managed to have such a smooth house buying experience... Easy answer? We had the great fortune to have Steve on our side.
