Bryan is very patient, extremely knowledgable of the construction and structural issues of houses. He makes the time for each of his clients, we never felt like we were being rushed or put on the back burner. He took his time and walked us through every step of the process. He coordinated everything from lending to inspections/utilities and closing, we could not have asked for a better realtor.
