I highly recommend Beverly Dove for any of your real estate needs. She is very honest and professional. She listened to our requests and didn’t try to steer us to a home that didn’t meet our needs. The same day new listings came on the market she immediately made us aware and without her we would not have been able to purchase our house before the investors. Somehow she knew about homes coming on the market before they were listed and took us to a few of those homes even before the for sale signs were posted. She always kept us informed of the progress. She expediently conveyed information and was always quick to get documents signed. It took the sellers bank six months to approve the short sell and Beverly Dove stood with us throughout the entire time. Beverly is always cordial no matter what the situation and she always gave us sound advice. When the bank approved the short sell Beverly made sure that we took care of our side of the purchase.
