Johnie was a pleasure to work with. She was very profesional,very knowledgeable, very kind and very good at what she does. She found the house we wanted on the first day of looking. She kept me informed throughout the whole buying experience. I leaned on her heavily throughout this process. I do not think I would have made it to the end if not for her patience and tanacity to getting answers and making this work. When I was ready to give up, she went above and beyond holding others accountable to their jobs. She worked very hard for me to make this home ours. I would recomend her to anyone looking for a home. I dont think I have met anyone who represents their clients the way Johnie did with me. She is in it until the end and works extremely hard to make it all happen. I am extremely grateful to her. We were on the phone so much I can actually call her a friend now. Thank you Johnie!!!

In our opinion, performance was less than professional. Price changes to flyers were completed using a Sharpie, At times Johnie advocated for the buyer, attempting to convince us that, as sellers, our thought processes were incorrect. Responses to our questions were incomplete.

We can not express how deeply we appreicate all Johnie has done for us.
She made time for my wife when she came in from Ft Worth to show her houses, and let me say there was alot of houses. She wokred within the price range we targeted, yet kept us informed of houses that were a little higher. We are very pleased that we had the opportunity to work with her, and will tell others about her.

My recent purchase was longer and more complicated than most and would have tried the patience of the most saintly realtor. Johnie never gave up and never failed to be on top of the situation. She offered excellent advice right from the start of the process. Without her support and tenacity I doubt that I would have ever completed the purchase. She even comes ready supplied with a husband who has an excellent knowledge of the building industry, being a contractor himself. I don't generally have much time for realtors, but Johnie is an absolute gem and I wish her every success in the future.

Johnie was great at showing and finding homes for me to consider. She was good at including problem areas to be fixed on the contract, she was good at working with the home builder. Problem areas: I never knew the schedule of events/work to be done so I could be there. I asked twice for a schedule ot calls as work was set to be done. I felt like she should have been with me during all walk throughs and at closing but that wasn't the case.
