After my initial request for information on properties Rick responded very quickly and we were looking at places within days. If the properties had some of the items on our wish list but was lacking others he was always able to add suggestions that would make the property what we wanted. On the flip side, if the property had potential issues that could be expensive or extensive he was able to recognize them and advice us appropriately. Since we were a little unfamiliar with the area he was able to supply guidance and direction. His professionalism is outstanding we were never left waiting for him at a showing. We would recommend him to friends or family and will not hesitate to call him when were are ready to do this again .

Rick was very professional in handling my case. Even when the transaction on the funding side started to get extremely delayed, Rick was able to get through and improve communication between funding and approving departments and better pinpoint where we were in the closing process. I also appreciated that he helped me get into the home a few weeks before processing was complete, otherwise I would have been searching for another place to put up for those few weeks at an astronomical charge.

We started looking for a house on a Monday, looked at houses like mad, put in an offer on a Wednesday, and bought the house by Thursday! We were very specific about our requirements, but Rick was tireless and relentless looking at houses with us, and helping to refine our search, taking us out all day (and all night) and back for 2nd showings whenever we asked. Rick has been in the business a long time (amazing he looks so young for being so seasoned!) and knows literally everybody. His references for loan people, inspectors, contractors, movers, etc, were all very helpful and in the case of the loan agency (Kathryn Seymore) her help was incredibly outstanding. Rick knows his stuff, knows the area, and knows everybody else too.

Rick went over and above in many areas during our home-buying process. Rick has a lot of knowledge in the field of construction and renovation work which he shared freely with us. This is my 4th time using Rick Moore, which should say something right there. On our last house we bought, we were dealing with a difficult relocation company and Rick was frequently up at 6:30am making calls and working on our deal up until 10:30pm.
