It is with great enthusiasm that my wife and I recommend Rick. After interviewing three agents we felt Rick was the best fit to represent us in our house sale in Kirkland. He had great insight as to what changes could be done to make our house as desirable as possible, and now that the sale is complete it is obvious to us that his ideas were spot on. Rick is a go-getter and was always ready to pitch in to help with things that were above and beyond. For example, when the stager wanted a bed and dresser moved he just did it himself. He appreciated our ideas and always maintained a very positive attitude, things that are very important to us.
