In a nut shell, I recommend Josh to anyone who is looking to buy a home. As a first time buyer, this process was overwhelming. Josh never left my side, was always available, knowledgeable, and empathetic with all my concerns. I'm so happy and grateful for Josh's work during this entire home buying process. From start to finish, Josh was always friendly and available without being pushy. He is VERY honest, and that was the most important thing in working with a realtor for me. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something that was not great, and when there was anything not up to par with a property, he always pointed it out to me. He was very patient in my searches and always willing to accommodate a viewing. He also guided me very diligently through the offer and escrow process. He provided vendor referrals when I asked but never pushed them on me. He answered all of my MANY questions, and he knew what he was doing. He worked really hard to work with the escrow officer, HOA company, and other parties we encountered. I appreciate that he did so much work above and beyond what was required. I will definitely recommend Josh and Ziprealty to my friends who are searching for new homes.
