The process started off very good, but then it started justed getting worse and worse. We understand we bought an older home, but we believe this is not an excuse for everything that has taken place. We bought a home as, but the home was listed as turn-key move in ready. We've already spent about $25K plumbing cost, new windows and new roof. The last issue we have been trying to deal with is asbestos in the attic. Per the agreement the heat system which includes the ducts was supposed to be repaired because it was flagged by SDG&E as hazardous. They just replaced the heater but the left the ducts with asbestos. We had an inspection done and was told it should have been replaced. We have communicated this to Tatiana several times over the last three week have not heard any response from her. She does not return our messages. We've contaced the seller and listing agent ourselves, because she had not responded. Very unprofessional and I hope she does not respresent ZipRealty as a whole.
