Even though I know Chris personally. He conducts his business and treats me as a valued client. He is polite, personable and readily available to show me properties at my convenience. He is honest and converses with my husband and I what he thinks needs to be done to serve our needs better. Which was applicable in selling our 2nd home on Georgetown Dr.

It was a pleasure to work with Chris. It wasn't easy for him because we could spend very little time in the area. When we found a house, everything was handled by email and phone call. So Chris was very responsive and always kept us well informed. He was professional. He did not waste our time together and was respectful of our decisions. We were very appreciative of his explanations of the Texas process for buying a home and for patiently reexplaining when we needed further clarification. I began this house search at the beginning of this year on my own. After a few months I met Chris. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Chris to anyone thinking about buying or seriously searching for a home. After our kids moved out and we sold our family home we struggled to decide how to proceed...we started out looking for town homes, then patio homes, then neighborhoods with small yards...in other words, our house hunting took many turns and went on periodically for a year and a half. I have to say, before dealing with Mr. Thomson, I viewed realestate agents as people who let you in a house and nothing more. My view has changed after meeting Mr. Thomson. He either had the answer to my question immediately, or by the end of the day. He instantly understood the needs of my family in looking for a new home and was able to make instant suitable suggestions. He is very good at pointing out the not so obvious things that can hit a new home owner later down the road. It's always a good thing when you can learn from meeting someone, and I definately learned a thing or two from Mr. Thomson. The most important thing to me and my family however; We really felt like he was working in our best interest and not for anybody else. All communications were instant and clear, no suprises, just a great experience. I highly suggest securing Mr. Thomson's services. you will not be dissapointed.
