We (Bob & Sandy) met Curt because we wanted to see a home on Donald Weese Ct ( not the one we purchased) . Curt was very accommodating and set up the showing very quickly, which is extremely important in today's market. The home was beautiful and had a pool, however it was too close to a main road and the car noises kept us from placing an offer. Curt was very easy to talk to and we felt that we were dealing with an honest and knowledgable guy within minutes.
As luck would have it that same day the home at 10204 Donald Weese became available. Curt educated us on some real-estate pointers that no other realtor had offered .
To make a short story even shorter.... In less than 30 days the home was ours! We were very fortunate to work with Curt and Maria Stockbridge from WellsFargo . Our three party team worked fast..... This is how the realestate world should work!
