I had reviewed Stephanie before for the sale of my Condo, and she was my realtor for the purchase of my new home...I would want no one else! As before, I can only speak in the most glowing terms of her service, knowledge, and attitude. Austin or surrounding area, it doesn't matter, this lady knows it all and works with you very closely to ensure you get what you want! She even had the presence to get to know me as a person, not just a business client, so she could present me with choices that were tailored to my tastes and what was important to me in a new home. This is just a level of personal service and caring beyond any I have had with any other real estate agent before. I'll repeat myself...Stephanie is the best, no doubt in my mind, and you'll want to work with her to get YOUR dream home...I got mine! Thank you Stephanie for everything!

Stephanie is hands-down the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her attention to detail, her concern for my needs and her diligence of making sure all of my issues were addressed is a testament to her professionalism and outstanding customer service. And she goes beyond, she very deeply cares that her clients and friends are happy.
If I could give her a 6-star review, I would. I feel as if I've made a new friend, and recommend her with the highest commendation to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home (Stephanie helped me with both).
Look no further than her for someone to help you with your own real-estate dreams, she's just simply the best in my opinion. Thank you so very much Stephanie!!

Stephanie is one of the most honest and upfront realtors I have ever worked with. I am an investor and ask for every detail of a property before I invest and Stephanie thought of things to ask I had not thought of before. I have had 4 recent offers turned down but she is not giving up on me which tells me alot about her character. Austin is lucky to have such a great, knowlegeable Realtor in its city!

Stephanie went above and beyond for me with the pruchase of my home. Stephanie was very patient with me while we looked for a house. It took me many months to find the right house. And Steph took me to so many listings at the times I requested to see each house. She kept her promise to me that she would find me a house. I had issues with my lender and Steph suggested another lender. I did end up going with her suggested lender. The previous lender tried to stall my closing by with holding my appraisal. But Steph and the new lender still were able to pull off closing and get the repairs I requested done. Stepanie Timmons is a total asset to your company. She took care of all my concerns, constant texts messages. Never once during this whole process did she have a negative response to my nagging lol. And I am not the easyest person to deal with once I lose my temper. Even when I felt like giving up on purchasing the house becuase of the issues with the other lender trying to stall closing. Steph reassured me and completely took care of all my concerns. It's her can do attitude that got me through being so stressed by the other lender. Stephanie should be awarded for her great customer exprience of going above and beyond for this customer. It was an extreme pleasure to have worked with and been taken care of by Stephanie. I am recommending her to everyone! Her professionalism was exemplary!= )
