Where does one start with such a guy as Rich? He went all out for Joe and I. Dedicated one full day - over 6 hours of house to house and town to town - he did his homework for us, which wasn't easy! We had specific ideas on what we wanted in a home and yard. He gave us the best of the best, he listened to what we wanted, he gave us his best ideas on what area we should look at. He nailed it on the head, would NOT work with any one else. We flew in with 10 days available to find our AZ dream home, and we really didn't think it could happen. But, Rich Williams made it happen! He gave us all his time and expertise. As a property investor myself, my first priority is to work with a good agent who has the integrity, trustworthy, and knowledge in property market. Rich is certainly fit in my criteria. Rich was full of knowledge about the process. If he did not know an answer, he found out and followed up with us immediately. He was a great listener regarding what we wanted in a home and neighborhood and steered us in the right direction. He provided informed statistics as well as thoughtful opinions and really helped us make a great decisions based on all aspects of a house hunt and real estate transaction.
