In short Lisa was amazing! She gave 200% of herself to this sale and was tireless in her pursuit of a suitable home for us. We lived out of State and she couldn't meet us in person yet, she put full faith in our desire to find a home and kept us up to the minute with status via text messages, emails and phone calls. There were some anxious and trying moments during our journey to find a home but she held firm with her personal mantra of 'I'm not about Sunshine and Lollipops'. She always leveled with us and we learned to trust her implicitly. Truthfully, I didn't know people like her still existed. We tried to identify what her strengths were, and we ended up covering the entire course of qualities because she fulfilled them all in her dealings with us. She went far beyond the call of Realtor duty! We came to the conclusion; she knows what she is doing and she cared about us! What makes her a great Realtor? She is a wonderful person and a true friend.
