I shopped for a condo with Abe for only a few weeks before he found a great place for us! I am a first time home buyer so Abe was crucial in helping me understand all the complications of home buying. I couldn't have gotten through it without him! He was extremely knowledgeable and always got back to me right away when I had questions (which was often) about the process/escrow. But was also always friendly and truly tried to help us get what would make us happy (many other realtors are pushy & just want the commission). He's the best realtor to have on your side fighting for him! Will definitely use him again when we upgrade to a house!

Abe was an angel who led me every step for the purchase of my first home. He was so thorough that he knew almost everything, and anything he didn’t know, he researched it more extensively than I thought was possible. He is an informal and relaxed type of person and I felt I could ask him anything. Professional wise, he knew every detail of every step and made sure I knew them as well. He is also very patient. It didn’t matter how many times I asked the same stupid questions, he would always patiently answer them every time. He patiently listened to me through my up and down moments, and patiently guided me through the whole process. Abe also knew about financing, about obscure condominium association rules, about the pros and cons of each neighborhood. And he was always honest about what he didn't know, which is just as important. To sum it up, Abe is awesome and I will definitely refer him to all my friends and use him again in the future.

Abe is a very adept agent and good to work with. He is detailed and follows through consistently ensuring all parties involved in the transaction are kept informed and updated.
He handled my most recent purchase very professionallay and kept a strong handle on all aspects of the deal as we moved from contract to close.

Abe is a dedicated Realtor and always on top of things. Throughout the deal, the listing agent made some false promises, and was a bit difficult to deal with, but Abe kept his professionalism throughout the process. Abe is very big on a lifestyle living. This shows when you talk to him about the Westside. His local knowledge of the area is amazing. Highly recommended!
