Scott was always quick to respond, emails were answered within hours, if not immediately. He didn't pretend to know it all, and if he didn't know something he'd find out and get back to me right away. Explained to me how things work. He was extremely patient throughout the whole search and dealing process. Always deferred to my opinions. Always professional in dealings.
