Charlene is amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I was anxious to find something cheap and close the deal, but from the start, Charlene was honest and upfront with me about whether or not certain places were right for me. I'll be honest at first I was irritated, but it the end, I can't be home thankful for her constant pushing in a different direction. Charlene may not have know a lot about me, but she does know what's hot on the market. At many times she was very blunt with me which I think is a great aspect of her demeanor when it comes to making such a large and lasting purchase. It was very rare that if I didn't hear from Charlene at least once a day. She was very involved in all aspects of the home-buying process. She even made a great recommendation on where to look for financing. Charlene is definitely a go-to person when looking to make any home purchase!

Charlene worked with us every step of the way and at times I know we became the "difficult " client she still stuck by our side till the end . Charlene was very professional and driven to help us find a home that would suite our small family needs. After months of searching we found the perfect house in Federal Way and can't wait to settle in and make it our home.
