JR did an excellent job throughout the whole process by being very knowledgeable in the field, very understanding and patience. i will highly recommend him to my family and friend !

I felt pressured into buying a property that was clearly out of my price range. He seemed very passive when it came to the listing agent dragging his feet. The morning I finally closed, I called JR to get my keys and he said he couldn't get them to me until 9:00pm! I had someone scheduled to change the deadbolt on my door that afternoon. He said if I needed the keys before 9pm, I could drive up to Hollywood and get them from his girlfriend (he was out of town)! I told him it was unacceptable and that I would pick up the keys at his office (like most professional do) because I needed my keys by 5:00pm. He said I was being unreasonable! I made numerous calls to the ZIP Realty office and NO ONE returned my calls. To this day no one has contacted me. And now I get an on-line survery? There's no point in calling to speak with anyone because no one is available or interested in hearing my concerns. I would like the monitary compensation with which you offered for dissatisfied clients.

This was not a very easy transaction, the listing broker was quite uncooperative and created a lot of bad will and caused a lot of unnecessary work for JR. He rose to the occasion and went above and beyond in every instance. I would say that this is one commission that he deserved every penny and more.
