Dan is very professional in all the ways, help us a lot, totally. I left the the buyer apartment in his hand, because we have to return from Austin, and take care about everything, like to have the apartment that we like, closing date, told us the things no workingin the apartment. Really, I trust complety in him, and just to have very good words about him. More, with the appoint to see the apartments, is was in clock, ver nice person, the and haver all the acknowldment about the city, places, etc. For me, more that 5 stars..

When Dan started working for me, He kept close contect every step of the way till closing day. He was even there the day I signed my closing papers on the house. He kept sending me e-mails on houses for me to look and review untill I found the perfect one for the family. He was there to walk us thru the houses that we were looking at the time. He was always there to recieve my phone calls or get back with me within minutes. Great person to work with thru the end. Good Job Dan.

I really enjoyed working with Dan. He was very professional and quick to respond to any questions via email, text or phone. As an out of town buyer and unfamiliar with Austin he walked me through a lot of questions. It was a pleasure to meet him when we arrived in town and my closing from start to finish only took about 2 weeks. Dan is definitely an asset to his profession!! Thank you Dan for everything!

Dan is very professional made it very easy from beginning to end. He kept me informed and told me what to expect and when he suggested the offer I truly felt that he was working in my best interest. I know he gets paid by commission and he could have looked out for himself but I feel he got me a great deal! I would recommend Dan and Zip Realty to anyone.
