How dare you say i was difficult! A mistake was made by you on the 3rd contract because you did not read and copy down information correctly and just told me to sign here, here and here. You did not do your due diligence as a buyers agent and go over line by line with me what so ever! Walking out on not one but two meetings is not what i call a great agent. My only mistake was trusting you that you could do your job correctly and efficiently. For this i am filing an ethics claim against you and filing a complaint to the professional compliance office.

This is the first complaint I have ever received in my 11 plus years of Real Estate.This client should have spent the higher pricetag dollars, and built a custom home, due to all of the demands she made to be completed on an 80 year old home that the Seller only wanted to refurbish, not customize. He told client many times that he was not a custom Builder. When the initial Contract was written in the presence of the Seller, after an almost 3 hr. meeting and the contract was just completed, I excused myself due to my 91 yr. old mother having a hospital emergency that day. Also, on one of many walkthroughs of the home w. this client and the seller, the Seller began acting arragont and belligerent towards me, so I politely asked the Client if she was finished; she said she was, so I excused myself and left.This transaction took over 4 months of my time to get to settlement.
