My husband and I had a very lengthy transaction and Angela provided the utmost respect and patience for our family. Angela went to the home numerous times before the sale was final so that we could show our family members that came down. Angela even went and measured some areas of the house for me so that I could start ordering the items I needed for moving in. Angela was a very down to earth and knowledgeable representative and we will definitly be sending our friends to her in the future. Thanks Angela, your the best!!!

We requested some showings and she didn't bother to even call us, she sent us a email and told us that because they were "distressed properties" that she didn't feel she wanted to show them to us. She never bothered to call and ask us any questions regarding the proerties that we were looking at or what our price range was as far as purchasing. I think her perfessionalism is below standard. I think a good agent would have at least had the courtacy of speaking with possible buyers before turning them away. Also I think that because we werre looking in the lower than $100,000 range it was all about the mighty $$$$!

Angela was a FABULOUS agent. I was a first time home buyer and she walked me through the process and helped me understand what to expect during each phase of my home buying experience. In the beginning of my quest to purchase a home I had a great deal of ideas about style and location. She was very, very good about helping me locate the homes that fit my ideal - (other agents were not always as patient or helpful in this area). She was always ready to secure a viewing for me during times that were convenient for me. She was always good in following up after each and every viewing to see if the home viewed was the one for me and eager to assist me and follow up on in continuing to find the home of my dreams it the one viewed was not quite what I was looking for. I saw many, many homes - she was very patient and considerate and always encouraging me that we would find the one I wanted - when I was getting discouraged. When it came time to actually purchase my home - she was patient, kind and very considerate regarding all my inquiries and questions. If I had any concerns regarding my home or the financial aspects and she did not know the answer she would find out get back to me very quickly - this was not my experience with previous agents - so again, she is FABULOUS!! Also, Angela was also able to assist me in finding a lender that was able to get me a better interest rate. Moreover, when there were delays with the loans (government issues), she was very quick to make contacts with lenders and other parties to find out the delay and when I could expect to hear back from them. Turns out there were a lot of people purchasing homes at the same time I was and there were a few delays on the government's part. So, I have no problems referring her to anyone!!! If your like me - who like to see every inch of the house or property you intend to purchase - just remind Angela to bring her boots!!! :).
