Debra is an extremely helpful and insightful person. She was very responsive to all my questions and inquiries, and she made the transaction very pleasureable. It is extremely encouraging to work with such a professional individual when making a large purchase. Many times you are hesistant as the inviduals you are working with are just trying to close the deal at all costs, and there is no follow up post closing. Debra has been very proactive both during an after completion of the purchase, and she should be recognized for her efforts and professionalism. Debra was responsive, personable and knowledgable. The Zip Realty website was very well organized. I was able to search for homes online and communicate with Debra at any hour. It saved me a lot of time to be able to view photos and neighborhood maps of the homes. It saved me from having to visit each one. From start to finish my home purchase took less than two months.
