Since contacting Deborah I have been satisfied with the attentiveness and professionalism she gave to me and any of my concerns. We have since closed on the property and I feel that without her swift action and advice in a few key areas, this transaction would have never been. This was the first time my husband and I have ever bought a house, who new it takes so mush, but she stayed on top of things, and at the last min. when it looked like it was going to fall through she keep me calm"because i was about to loose it" could not have ask for a better Agent or person to work with.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of having Deborah help us in finding another home, as we desired to move to the country. We found Deborah to be highly knowlegdable of the local real estate market and housing in the area, as well as very professional and personable. She gladly showed us houses in several North Carolina counties until we found the one we wanted. She then preceded to help us every step of the way in the purchase of our new home, to make sure everything went as smoothly and as easily as possible. She exhibited her extensive knowledge of the area by being able to recommend the best people for the services we needed in regards to purchasing the new house. She also showed great patience and professionalism in having to work with a very difficult agent, representing the sellers of the house, who caused the only negative aspect of the whole experience. She was always pleasant, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. We are so pleased with our experience with Deborah, we asked her to sell our other house.

Deborah Fedrick did an excellent job of working with us and making sure that all the finite details for taken care of. I was 9 months pregnant at the time, and she made it her priority to make sure we got moved in before the baby was born. She met with us for lunch to go over the paper work, and we got moved in just in time to get the house how we wanted it before the baby was born.
