We are so happy that Cathleen acted as our buyers agent. We are living in Carlsbad, NM and were not able to be there for alot of the home buying process, like inspections and arranging insurances. Cathleen was on top of things and kept us informed every step of the way.

Cathleen was a pleasure to work with! We live 4 hours away, and although getting to Tucson to look at properties was often difficult for us, she was very accommodating with our schedule. We especially appreciate her patience with what started out as somewhat indecisive home buying objectives on our part. Cathleen was helpful, but never pushy. Her knowledge of Tucson neighborhoods and the fluctuating housing market was invaluable. It had been many years since our last home purchase, but she was great at re-guiding us through the process. We were quite pleased with the service we received from Cathleen. She was extremely helpful in finding a new home for us in Tucson. We worked briefly with her last July, and then when we were more acquainted with the the city, started working with her again in Jan. 2013. After looking over several homes and communities, we decided on our new home. She was able to make our transactions extremely smooth. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.
