To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. We looked at nearly 30 homes within a week and I felt no pressure to buy. I began to feel bad with how picky we were, but she was as excited to see the last home as she was the first home. She was very honest the whole time knowing that this is not likely to be our first and last home. We wanted a house that was close to public transit since I prefer to take the train to work, 3 bedrooms/2 bath, and a home that had room to grow. We saw nothing but these. As we saw more homes, we began to get a better idea of what we wanted. I became more picky with wanting a house with a good size kitchen and it lowered down our searches.
Sara has a lot of experience and was not going to give up until we chose a house that fit us. At one point we were able to find a house we thought could be it. We have heard a lot of stories about how many houses you go through and bid on before you finally get one, but that was not the case for us. Our first bid was our only bid and we now live in our first home.
We are still getting used to all the extra space from an apartment living space, but are super happy with our decision.
We tell everyone who is looking for a house to go through Sara because she made the search for our first home a great experience. You can tell she likes what she does for a living because she does a fantastic job.
