Sara was friendly and I enjoyed working with her. She was patient with me through the house buying process. She always got back to me quickly whenever I had any questions or concerns, and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

Sara Moody was incredible as my real estate agent. I had alot of special circumstances with my loan, and still had some of my own personal requirements for a replacement home. Getting those to coincide looked and seemed almost impossible at the initial stages of my home search. Sara was very good about understanding my unique needs (especially regarding financing issues) and other circumstances I was facing. She was very professional in sorting through many properties with me, and helping to refine the choices quickly without wasting unecessary time. Sara's main strength is her keen eye when first viewing a property. She quickly helps you understand the strength's or weaknesses of various properties, and if they will work for you. I came to value and trust her judgment completely. She was also very good at negotiating between buyer and sellers too. I went through two different home purchases with Sara (mine and a girlfriend also), and I give her nothing but the highest ratings. She bent over backwards in my oppinion to make my home purchase a success....I recommend her to anyone.

I could not imagine this adventure with out Sara. She has the patience of a saint and let me tell you...I've not been easy. I have limited funds and narrow price range. Her knowledge of loans and vision makes situations possible that I thought were out of my reach.
