We only had a week to visit CA but Greg was able to arrange showings, locate information on properties and always answered all our telephone calls no matter what time of day. Dependable, professional and easy to work with are just a few of the words we would use to describe Greg. I have emailed him questions on about 15 properties and no response in 8 days.

The client registered with Zip on 12-14 and requested information on 8 properties. No phone # was provided. The client was e-mailed within 4 hours of registration and again on 12-15 and 12-17 with no response back. Could be that the e-mails are going into the clients spam folder. The client was contacted in a timely manner upon registration which was 3 days ago and not 8.

Greg was very helpful from the very start and even after we closed the Escrow. As first time buyer, he made all things and processes easy for me and my wife. He used his expertise and experience to make sure that we get the best result in all the transactions. Greg did everything for us during the whole process, only thing we did was to sign documents.
