Barry had in the past canceled an appointment with me in the last minute. This time I canceled two other appointments to meet with Barry at 1:00pm. I only wished he had contacted me at least 10-15 min before getting to the house as agreed upon knowing that the traffic coming from South Bay Area can be unpreditable. Barry called at I:00pm after he was already on the property. I told Barry I was leaving a client and I will be there shortly. It took about 15 min to get there but Barry had left the property. I called him from the house to inform him about the condition of the house by leaving a message on his voice mail. When he called back at about 2PM, he informed me that they went to lunch and I asked if he wanted to see inside of the property and the second one within 3 blocks that was also scheduled for him. I stayed in the area waiting for him and for another client looking to buy in the same general area. Barry said he will be there as soon as he could. I waited 20 min. No Barry & no call back untill I had to leave quickly for another appointment just down the hill. I expected he'll call me when he gets there but I didn't receive any call. I quickly came back uphill to see a couple there I thought was Barry & Spouse. Not Barry, Called again but he didn't pick up the call. I think the best I could was done under the circumstance. I am confident the delays would have been avoided if Barry would have called to confirm he would be at the property 15 min prior. It is also unfortunate that poor cell phone reception and areas of zero signal within the Placerville hills may have added to the lack of communcation. I'm sorry we couldn't connect well this time but I assure Barry better luck next time with lesson learned from this.
