Reza was a delight to work with. He was most helpful in every step of the home searching, all the way thru to the close of escrow..He would help i arranging inspections, and re-inspections, and even showing up for our appointments when we weren't able to. He helped in negotiating for seller assistance. In this day-and-market, it is a very fast-paced and drawn-out process. Thru all the stress of buying a "flipped home" and having FHA lending, Reza was there to give aid and even moral support. We have bought several homes over the years, but this was definitely the most dificult and tedious. Our home was practically examined under a microscope, being that it was "a flip" and also being FHA funded. But Reza SHINED! There isn't anything that Reza wouldn't have done for us to aid in this whole transaction. He's spend late nights up till midnight, several times, making sure all docs had been signed and e-signing back-and-forth. Our Lender and Escrow and Seller were all based 475 miles lway, but Reza made it all happen. Reza is a family-man, but knows how to take care of family AND business. He always, somehow, made everything come together. He is truly amazing! Reza was there anytime we needed him. It didn't matter how late, or what day it was. I can truly say that Reza performs his job, not just for the money. He actually cares about his client getting the right house for themselves, and not rushing them through the process. There were times that we wondered if he had other clients. He made us feel like we were the #1 Priority, as if the world will wait, because we are all that matters.
