Matt is a wonderful agent to work with. He was very professional and dedicated to what he is doing. He has great ethics and passion towards work. He had a good understanding of the real estate market. Matt took care of all our inspections, and other formalities (appointments, etc) and helped us navigate through some very difficult and often trying times. The property we bought had some litigation going on, but Matt was extremely patient enough to answer the various questions that the lenders were asking.. day in and out.. He was always on time for our appointments. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase properties in fremont/bay area/adjacent areas.
