I have been using Zip Realty for many years now and I never found an agent that really resonated with me. From the beginning, Alex Hunt was very different. I felt very comfortable and I could make my own decisions and not get push back unless I needed it. The entire process felt more like friends or even relatives working together not buyer and agent. He helped me understand the process and increased my knowledge of real estate, which I greatly appreciate. He also recommended great people to work with during the escrow process, one of which was my lender Jennifer. She was amazing and had the same work ethic as Alex. It made me realize how important it is to have a dynamic duo when trying to combat the housing market. I greatly appreciate both of them, and will be using Zip Realty and Alpine Mortgage again in the future for my income property needs.

Alex Hunt is a True Professional; Knowledgeable, capable, and dependable. Usually a few minutes late for the appointment, but it was okay, as he's worth it. The man was never pushy (as in, trying to Make The Sale) but rather (as we soon discovered) that his ultimate intention was purely to be sure that we achieved satisfaction in the place we eventually bought.
Alex strives to make the best match between his client and the real estate world. He most certainly succeeded with us. We now consider him as a personal friend.

With Alex on my side as my Realtor Representative does not get better than this. He was there for me from the beginning to the end, at any time, he was very patient with me when I was very demanding sometimes. He explained every step of the porcess and always kept me up to date. Alex was a great help to me, especially since I was a first-time buyer. He explained every step to me and always kept me in the loop. Alex also made sure everybody involved was doing what they were suppose to be doing. He constantly was putting pressure on my lender for me so I could get funded as quickly as possible and we could close escrow.
