He helped me understand the process and increased my knowledge of real estate, which I greatly appreciate. He also recommended great people to work with during the escrow process, one of which was my lender Jennifer. She was amazing and had the same work ethic as Alex. It made me realize how important it is to have a dynamic duo when trying to combat the housing market. I greatly appreciate both of them, and will be using Zip Realty and Alpine Mortgage again in the future for my income property needs.

Alex Hunt is a True Professional; Knowledgeable, capable, and dependable. Usually a few minutes late for the appointment, but it was okay, as he's worth it. The man was never pushy (as in, trying to Make The Sale) but rather (as we soon discovered) that his ultimate intention was purely to be sure that we achieved satisfaction in the place we eventually bought. Alex strives to make the best match between his client and the real estate world. He most certainly succeeded with us. We now consider him as a personal friend.
