As a first-time home buyer, I was very satisfied with Liz Chaffe as my Realtor. She was extremely attentive and caring, and very knowledgeable. She looked out for my best interest and was very understanding of my personal needs as I was looking for a new home. She was neither too pushy nor too passive as we searched for homes! Liz handled my sale from soup to nuts! She assisted mewith staging my home for showing prospects and got great pictures for the flyer. After I moved out of my home, Liz kept me informed of all who were considering the property and conducted extra open houses when it became apparent that walk-ins were more numerous than realtors or web searchers. Liz provided concrete advice during the negotiations with the buyer and kept in touch with escrow during the closing process. All in all, Liz was great!
