As a first time buyer, my husband and I did not have a clear idea of what we were looking for. All we had was an idea of the price range we wanted to invest and the area we would like to live. Kate was very professional and extremely active, not to mention patient with us. She send us multiple emails every week with new houses up for sale in the area which we were interested in living, as well as several miles around it so we can get a good feel for the near by neighborhoods and the price range in homes. She also found time at least once a week and often two and three times per week to go and look at homes which we liked best from the emails she sent us earlier that week and was always available for additional questions over the phone. She devoted a lot of her time to us over 10 months of shopping around. Besides her time, Kate gave us a lot of useful advise which influenced our final decision.
