No words can discribed how wonderful Joe was to work with! I had contacted another realtor prior to Joe and all I recieved was the same listings I searched for bymyself, then I met Joe. His patiences during the home search was incredible. His attention to details in the homes I looked at was amazing, he pointed out issues that I had not even thought about. At one point it seemed as if he was purchasing the home for himself, thank you Joe! I went into contract for a short sale which took some time and Joe was there every step of the way, when I wanted to give up he was reassuring and calmed my concerns. He responded to my every call and/or email withing a few minutes. Joe and my mortgage broker worked in tandem and stayed on top of ever detail! I had a very stress free buying experience with Joe. I am very grateful he was with me every step of the way starting with giving up his Easter Sunday to accommodate me. Joe is very Professional, Thorough, Knowledgeable, Reliable, Dependable and Honest.
His goal is not just to sell a house but to make sure his client have a home to be proud of. To get explanations and advice when dealing with matters unknown to me was the most reassuring feeling.
