Joe's knowledge of the Central Florida area, its neighborhoods, and the positives and negatives of each was invaluable. He was always extremely approachable, patient, professional, and understanding of what we were trying to find. He knew all of the right people (e.g. mortgage broker, contractors, and etc.) that we needed through out the process. In every interaction we had with Joe we felt that we were the most important people he spoke with all day. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a realtor. He was great!
